Who Can We Protect?

  • All habitational risks must be under 2,500 units
    • Residential apartments, residential condos, cooperatives, homeowners associations, Townhomes, etc.
  • Commercial square feet must be under 1,000,000
    • Incidental mercantile
    • Office Buildings
    • Shopping centers
    • Light industrial buildings
    • Parking lots

Ineligible Classes:

  • Student housing (losses reviewed for acceptable frequency and severity)
